Coach Gavin Machado

Gavin Machado, a Houston native, currently resides in San Antonio where he serves as a graduate assistant coach at Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU). A former collegiate baseball standout, Machado’s career took him through UTSA, Panola College, Galveston College, USAO, and OLLU, earning honors like First-Team All-District, All-Greater Houston, and Second-Team All-State along the way. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from OLLU and is now working toward an M.A. in Nonprofit Organization Management. With seven years of college baseball experience, Machado brings a wealth of knowledge to his coaching role, focusing on leadership, high-level performance, and academic excellence to help athletes thrive both on and off the field.
